“The Psychology of Employee Complaints”
Between the time someone is a committed and engaged employee and the time they bring a charge against an organization, there is a psychological evolution that is critical for employers to understand. This session will explore that evolution and provide practical advice about the “do’s and don’ts” for responding to an employee complaint.

“Workplace Bullying and The Value of Respect”
The problem of bullies in the workplace is getting increased attention, and for good reason. Workplace bullying has a profound effect on workplace morale, productivity and retention. This session will help participants to understand the types of bullying that occurs, and more importantly, how to prevent and address bullying.
