Description:  If you are looking to gain facilitation skills to manage 2021 transitions across virtual and in-person meetings, we hope that you might take advantage of this special opportunity with cross-sector leaders.

This virtual workshop will demonstrate how you can nurture collaboration, capacity, and commitment with employees, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Through a facilitative leadership process, this workshop will model how groups can work together to assess a situation, analyze information, create a plan, and make group decisions that stick.

You will walk away with skills to guide discussions designed to activate the power of the group and increase buy-in, including a focused conversation method for facilitating decision-making as well as the “carousel method” of synthesizing ideas.

The results are engaged participants, stronger teams, and efficient collaboration.

If you have any questions, please contact Heather Bandeen, Research & Program Development Manager (hbandeen@mncounties.org).

This session is made possible by an AMC partnership with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.
The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) was founded in 1987 to meet the increasing information needs of nonprofits and to convene nonprofits to address issues facing the sector. Through MCN, nonprofits join together across interest areas to work on issues of common concern to all.
